RYA Adult Training

Welcome to Erith Yacht Club, the Premier Sailing and Training Venue in the South-East of London on the river Thames! EYC strives to provide sail training, racing and social activities to all. This is supported by our fantastic new clubhouse and workshops. With new training boats, comfortable shore-based training rooms and easy launching facilities, EYC is the ideal location to learn to sail and progress through the RYA Training scheme. We encourage participants to become active club members and enjoy the full calendar of sailing, racing and social events throughout the year.

Please take a look at our fantastic training and sailing programmes detailed in this section.  Please explore the menu on the left hand-side of the page to find out the entire range of Training Courses we have to offer.  If you have any questions, please use the 'Contact Ed' page to send a message with your contact details.

You are always welcome to come down and visit us on a Thursday night from 8:00pm onwards or Sunday afternoon where the club bar is open for a drink and a club member will be happy to provide a tour of our facilitates.

We look forward to seeing you at the club soon!

* If you are taking part in a keel boat course, a wet suit may not be required as you are less likely to fully enter the water
