EYC Family Christmas Dinner, Sunday 11 December

A reminder that the Club's successful Christmas Dinner is being held on Sunday 11 December from 12 noon.

Members are invited to bring family, but just remember that places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.  Tickets available from Ann or behind the bar.

Those who don't want to have dinner are welcome to come along afterwards to meet up with friends before Christmas and also watch the world famous, most notorious EYC Annual Pantomime, produced by that excellent wit, polymath and word scribbler Mr Mick Kemp, aided and abetted by his willing troupe of players.  Well worth a watch....!!!

See you there for a very good day at the Club.

Congratulations to Freya Rodger for completing her 'Freyathon'.

This was challenge to try all 41 Olympic sports open to women to raise money for Bloodwise and Macmillan Cancer Support.

With support from Erith YC and a big thanks to Jonathan Schofield, she managed to achieve this - sailing was her last sport to complete. See some photos of her enjoying herself sailing Jonathan's Laser 2000 on the club Facebook page.

Her webpage is worth reading: http://freyathlon.com/
